Description of Service
Premium Results provides an SEO dashboard and reporting tools. We use Google OAuth to identify users and potentially (with explicit consent) fetch SEO-related data to display in your personalized dashboard.
User Accounts
"You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Since we use Google OAuth, you are responsible for the security of your Google account."
Premium Results is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Premium Results is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that data fetched from third-party APIs (like Google) will always be available or accurate. In no event shall "Premium Results" be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sousse/Tunis.
